Shipping & Return

Returns Policy

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, please email customer service at info@littlecreativewoodcrafts.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to our address.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Shipping

Orders could take up to 1-2 weeks before it is dispatched as we pride ourselves on making all our products ‘handmade to order’. We endeavour in having your item made and with you as soon as possible.

We currently use Royal Mail to delivery all our products safely around the UK. All parcels are sent via 1st Class Signed for Royal Mail. This is to ensure all parcels are received in a timely manner and treated with the upmost of care.

We currently do not ship internationally, only the UK.
